IS CHEF CLUB BOX OFFERED INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time Chef Club Box is available in the US and Canada. Shipments to Canada have additional shipping fees.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CHEF CLUB BOX?

All new orders placed before the end of the month are shipped on the 15th of the following calendar month. So an order placed in September will ship by October 15th.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AND HOW DO I CANCEL?

Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the 1st of the month either monthly, quarterly, bi-yearly or yearly depending on your subscription plan. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at info@ChefClubBox.com. In order to cancel your subscription you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the 1st of the month). For example, if you are on a monthly plan and do not want the October box, you must email in your cancellation request by September 30th (before the 1st of the month). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that date or mid-subscription.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your Chef Club Box Online Account or by sending us an email at info@ChefClubBox.com. In order to affect a particular months shipment, you must submit your address change prior to your next renewal billing (before the 1st of the month). For example, if you are looking to change the delivery address of February’s box, you must submit your address change by January 31st (before the 1st of the month). Address changes submitted on or after the 1st of the month will be effective the following month.


MAY I ORDER DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF BOXES, SUCH AS A GLUTEN-FREE VEGAN BOX?

Unfortunately we do not offer the ability to order such customizable boxes at this time. Look for this option coming very soon!


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR CONTRACTS?

Chef Club Box has no additional fees or contracts in any way.


HOW DO I GIFT A CHEF CLUB BOX?

You can easily gift Chef Club Box by selecting the Gift option on the site. Once purchased, both you and your recipient will receive a digital gift certificate code that is redeemable at any time.


IS CHEF CLUB BOX A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Chef Club Box is a monthly subscription service that will automatically renew to ensure you do not miss a particular shipment. All subscriptions automatically renew on the 1st of the month.


WHAT DO I DO IF MY BOX OR AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Sometimes shipping is not so nice to the boxes and so damage can occur. If an item in your box is opened, damaged or otherwise not usable please take a few pictures of A) The Item in Question and B) The Box Itself and email us at info@ChefClubBox.com. A customer service representative will reach out to you within 48 business hours.


IF I BUY A 6-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT DO I GET?

You will receive free of charge Remmi’s 175 page, full color cookbook, Global Cooking for Kids. This is a $25 value!


IF I BUY A 12-MONTH SUBSCRIPTION, WHAT DO I GET?

WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY FOR MY SUBSCRIPTION UP FRONT?

The cost of the 6 month and 12 month subscriptions are paid at the time of order commitment.
