WHERE CAN I GET A CHEF CLUB BOX FRESH?

At this time Chef Club Box Fresh is only available in Tulsa and surrounding areas.


WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY CHEF CLUB BOX?

Every Tuesday between 2 to 5pm for delivery or anytime between 7:30 to 2:30pm for pickup at Kitchen 66 (907 S Detroit Ave, Tulsa, OK 74120)

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY AND HOW DO I CANCEL?

Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on Thursday before the meals are ready for delivery or pickup on the following Tuesday. You may cancel your subscription at anytime by sending us an email at info@ChefClubBox.com. In order to cancel your subscription, you must email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (Thursday before delivery or pickup). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that day.


HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can change your delivery address at any time by either logging into your Chef Club Box Online Account or by sending us an email at info@ChefClubBox.com. In order to affect a week’s delivery, the address should be updated by the Monday before the delivery.


MAY I ORDER DIFFERENT VARIATIONS OF BOXES, SUCH AS A GLUTEN-FREE VEGAN BOX?

Unfortunately we do not offer the ability to order such customizable boxes at this time. Look for this option coming soon!


ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES OR CONTRACTS?

Chef Club Box has no additional fees or contracts in any way.


HOW DO I GIFT A CHEF CLUB BOX?

You can easily gift Chef Club Box Fresh by selecting the Gift option on the site. Once purchased, both you and your recipient will receive a digital gift certificate code that is redeemable at any time.


IS CHEF CLUB BOX A WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Chef Club Box is a weekly subscription service that will automatically renew to ensure you do not miss any meals. All subscriptions automatically renew on the Thursday before meals are ready for delivery or pickup.
